Hubei Chengyuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd was established in 1998. It's an automotive suspension parts enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. We are specialized in producing suspension control arm assembly, front sub frame, rear torsion beam and other chassis parts. The company currently has more than 300 stable employees and has its own brand "CZYAP". We are located in the beautiful Azalea city of Macheng, Hubei Province. It's a sub-project invested and constructed by Wenzhou Chengyuan Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 90,000 square meters, construction area 110,000 square meters, a total investment of 380 million yuan, and a registered capital of 68.88 million yuan. It's a key project for Macheng of Hubei Province to build an automotive parts manufacturing industry cluster.
We have a very professional R&D and design team with strong technical ability. There are more than 200 high-precision production equipment of various types, including CNC mold processing, mold inspection and clamping, raw material cutting, product stamping, robot welding, electrophoresis, and various laboratory testing equipment. The annual production capacity reaches 3.6 million suspension control arm assembly, 50,000 front sub frames, and 30,000 rear torsion beams, which can meet the order needs of most customers. The products have passed ISO9001, IATF16949 and other quality system certifications, and are exported to more than 30 countries including Turkey, French, Mexico, Dubai, and other countries. In China, we are also the OEM supplier of Dongfeng Passenger cars, Dongfeng Nano, Zhengzhou Nissan, Exquisite Auto and other OEMs. It has been commended by Dongfeng Company for many years and awarded honors such as "Best Excellent Supplier", "R&D Award", and "Special Contribution Award". We obtained very good reputation in the industry and is also one of the few factories in China that has the strength to match OEM production.
